Job Description:
As a Patient Services Representative Senior, you will be responsible for:
- Oversight of daily operations in patient services
- Development and delivery of functional training to staff
- Auditing and implementing process improvements
- Performing tracking and trending audits within the department
- Serving as a subject matter expert/resource to the team
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
