- Develop and deliver functional training to clerical staff ">
- Audit and develop action plans for process improvement ">

- Act as a subject matter expert/resource to the department/practice ">
- Assume the roles of Patient Services Representative, Associate, and Intermediate when necessary ">

Qualifications
">To be successful in this role, you'll need:
