Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Subacute Rehabilitation team at Corewell Health's Kentridge location. As a member of our team, you will work closely with patients and families to provide individualized care and support.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care through the nursing process, ensuring accurate assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient needs.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and achieve optimal outcomes.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues to ensure seamless care transitions and address any concerns or questions.
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current on best practices and evidence-based care.
Requirements
- Associates in Nursing (RN) or completion of an approved nursing program (LPN)
- State of MI Registered Nurse (RN) or State of MI Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure
- AHA or ARC Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 90 days
- Ability to work variable shifts, including evenings and weekends, as needed
