Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to patients on the Subacute General unit. This includes assessing patient needs, developing individualized care plans, and implementing evidence-based interventions to promote optimal outcomes.
In addition to providing direct patient care, the successful candidate will also contribute to the development and implementation of unit policies and procedures. They will work collaboratively with other members of the healthcare team to ensure seamless coordination of care and effective communication with patients and families.
