About Our Visiting Nurses Team
Our Visiting Nurses Association is part of Corewell Health's Home Care Skilled Nursing Team, serving West-Central areas of Michigan. We invite experienced RNs, LPNs, and New Grads to apply for this opportunity.
What You'll Do:
- You will use your top nursing skills and critical thinking in an autonomous position that allows you to treat patients in the comfort of their own homes.
- Working in home health enables you to create personalized assignments close to home, visiting between 5-7 patients per shift.
- We serve a diverse range of communities, from Ludington to Nunica and south through Kent County, Ottawa County, and as far south as Gun Lake.
Scope of Work
As a member of our team, you will work under the direct supervision of the Nursing Manager, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to assess, implement, and monitor treatment plans for patients. You will use clinical judgment skills to identify potential physiological complications associated with specific health problems or medical treatment.

Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- MI Registered Nurse (RN) license
- MI Driver's License
- AHA or ARC Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 90 days
