About the Unit
Our Visiting Nurses Association is part of Corewell Health's Home Care Skilled Nursing Team serving West-Central Michigan. We are currently seeking experienced RNs, LPNs, and New Grads to join our team.
We offer autonomous positions for experienced RNs that allow you to utilize your top nursing skills and critical thinking. Working in home health enables you to treat patients in the comfort of their own homes, where they can thrive and take ownership of their healthcare.
We create personalized assignments close to home that enable our nurses to visit between 5-7 patients per shift. Our service area includes Ludington, Baldwin, Nunica, Kent County, Ottawa County, and as far south as Gun Lake.
RN Responsibilities
Under the direct supervision of the Nursing Manager, and in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team, the Nurse uses clinical judgment skills to assess and implement the treatment plan for patients. The RN assesses, monitors, detects, plans, and takes appropriate action to prevent physiological complications associated with specific health problems and/or medical treatment.

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) within 5 years of hire date
