Qualifications:
* Master's degree in Nursing or a related field (for NP candidates) or a graduate degree in Physician Assistant studies (for PA candidates)
* Current licensure in the State of Michigan (NP or PA license)
* Certification from a recognized accrediting agency (e.g., NCCPA for PAs or AANP for NPs)
* 3 years of relevant experience in family medicine
