About the Role
The Senior Therapist will assist the Supervisor in achieving the highest level of performance for the staff and compliance with Joint Commission and other regulatory agency requirements. This includes evaluating and treating patients, as well as monitoring treatment cost and financial support as they relate to quality and efficiency.
You will work closely with an interdisciplinary team to provide therapeutic services, including evaluation, treatment, and education. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
