CMG Services is looking for a Project Manager who is responsible for delivering high-quality work with strong attention to detail and problem-solving throughout the construction process across all regions. Key duties include planning and managing the installation of shingle, low slope, standing seam metal roofs, and wall metal systems, ensuring adherence to project specifications, schedules, and budgets.

Responsibilities
- Attend site meetings as required
- Perform a key role in planning and implementing as well as improving the current process
- Communicate effectively with all personnel responsible for completing various phases of the project
- Collaborate with other departments to produce estimates, pricing, product specifications, warranties, and other correspondence
- Tracking of project schedules and ensuring projects are completed on time
- Ensure project documents are complete including photos.
- Must be able to work extended hours, including weekends when business requires
- Capable to deal with vendors, clients, consultants, and project managers
- Site Visits/Quality Assurance checks
- Only use good roofing practices
- Ensuring all service operations are under budget
- Ensure that all billings, quotes, and reports are looked over and accurate before sending out to customers.
- Verifying and signing off on all timesheets
- Oversee quality of installation ensuring procedure, protocol and specifications were followed
- Being accountable for actions and decisions made by the department
- Regularly audits work being done and customer service being provided to ensure all standards are met and that repair work is carried out effectively, correctly, and thoroughly
- Oversees team members performing inspections, preparing reports, and doing repairs; if necessary, carries out these job duties personally to ensure highest quality of work
- Must be comfortable working at heights
- Work hand in hand with production to keep the production jobs moving efficiently
- Prepare and/or review roof reports with photos
- Create Estimates and Work Orders for maintenance, repairs, new installations, and roof replacements
- Review customer invoices for accuracy
- Review monthly Job Costs
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers

Qualifications
- Ability to travel and work out of the city. Projects will be throughout Texas.
- Ability to maintain a valid driver’s license with a good driving record
- Able to pass a background check
- 3 years roofing experience
