We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our team in Houston, Texas. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, construction, or roofing sales with project management responsibilities. This role requires a motivated individual who can manage multiple projects, ensure timely completion, and maintain high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage roofing projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and successful completion.
- Develop project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, ensure quality control, and address any issues promptly.
- Prepare and submit project documentation, including daily reports and change orders.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service and addressing concerns proactively.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
- Track project expenses and work to minimize costs while maintaining quality.
- Resolve any project-related issues efficiently to avoid delays or budget overruns.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience as a Project Manager, Superintendent, or in roofing sales with project management responsibilities.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong knowledge of roofing systems, construction processes, and materials.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Ability to interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work flexible hours as needed to meet project deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience managing roofing projects in the Texas market.
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training.
