Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage roofing projects from planning through execution.
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project requirements are met.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and track progress against them.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Prepare and present project updates and reports to stakeholders.
- Facilitate communication among team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the roofing or construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of roofing systems and construction processes.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
