Requirements:Key Responsibilities
Pipeline Management:
- Participate in weekly pipeline review meetings with New Construction Account Managers to identify support needs and align with project priorities.
- Perform follow-up calls with customers to track project statuses and ensure accurate updates in Salesforce.
- Collaborate with Account Managers to update projected award dates, ensuring a precise and actionable sales pipeline.
- Input new opportunities into Salesforce and maintain accurate records.
Estimating Support:
- Coordinate with the Estimating Manager to ensure all necessary information is communicated from Account Managers.
- Organize project plans and specifications, creating and maintaining folders on the H Drive.
- Create subfolders for specific projects, uploading all related documents such as plans, specifications, RFIs, and addenda.
- Assist with setting up qualified opportunities in the Edge estimating software.
- Request and manage vendor quotes (e.g., wall systems, tapered insulation packages), ensuring accurate data entry into estimating systems.
Sales Administration:
- Support the New Construction Sales Manager with sales-related projects and customer outreach initiatives.
- Assist with contract review process and ensure timely, accurate data uploads into Spectrum from the Edge estimating software.
- Provide administrative support for Salesforce, including adding users and managing system updates/upgrades.
Collaboration & Communication:
- Work closely with Account Managers, the Estimating Manager, and the New Construction Sales Manager to streamline operations and foster a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, or a related field preferred.
- Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred).
- Familiarity with estimating software (The Edge) is an advantage.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with the commercial construction or roofing industry is preferred but not required.
