Responsibilities
- Responsible for covering the trade desk and executing trades placed on behalf of clients.
- Conduct portfolio analysis on client accounts to identify and recommend trades to bring portfolio into alignment with target allocations.
- Manage existing trading programs, including : DCA schedules, treasury rolling, put-selling, cash management, and managing model portfolios.
- Maintain investment models within trading rebalancer in alignment with Investment Committee direction.
- Perform ongoing trade review and reconciliation of all trades.
- Communicate with investment managers on separately managed accounts (SMAs).
- Onboard new client relationships into portfolio reporting system, including : target allocation, client profile attributes, and importing outside assets.
- Perform ongoing maintenance in portfolio reporting system and trading rebalancer to ensure accurate client profile attributes and target allocations.
- Generate performance reporting and investment committee materials.
- Process enhancement and optimization for current trading functions.
