Responsibilities
- Trading and Investment Implementation
- Responsible for covering the trade desk and executing trades placed on behalf of clients
- Conduct portfolio analysis on client accounts to identify and recommend trades to bring portfolio into alignment with target allocations
- Manage existing trading programs, including : DCA schedules, treasury rolling, put-selling, cash management, and managing model portfolios
- Maintain investment models within trading rebalancer in alignment with Investment Committee direction
- Perform ongoing trade review and reconciliation of all trades
- Communicate with investment managers on separately managed accounts (SMAs)
- Onboard new client relationships into portfolio reporting system, including : target allocation, client profile attributes, and importing outside assets
- Perform ongoing maintenance in portfolio reporting system and trading rebalancer to ensure accurate client profile attributes and target allocations
- Generate performance reporting and investment committee materials
- Process enhancement and optimization for current trading functions

Pay Information
This position is non-exempt and is paid according to the laws of the State of California. The pay range for this position is $31.25-$43.27 USD per hour. We are required to provide a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. It is not typical for an individual to be offered a salary at or near the top of the range for a position. Salary offers are determined based on final candidate qualifications and experience.
