Responsibilities
Maintain Internal Systems
- Understand existing infrastructure and develop the most effective solutions for business needs in current and future state.
- Maintain Portfolio Management System.
- Strong understanding of functionality relative to business needs.
- Identify and support ongoing enhancements to process and technology.
- Monitor or troubleshoot available integrations.
- Ensure data integrity.
- Post missing transactions.
- Review new accounts across systems.
- Use bulk data uploads.
- Manually code securities, as needed.
- Post valuation updates, as needed.
- Salesforce (CRM) subject matter expert / local administrator.
- Provide business intelligence by creating / maintaining reports, dashboards, and analysis views.
- Understand and provide input related to system integrations and data transformation requirements.
- Plan and execute on projects, manage timelines, deliverables, and expectations.
- Function as a liaison with Corient counterparts, providing thought leadership for operational data efficiencies.

Pay Information
This position is exempt and is paid according to the laws of the State of California. The pay range for this position is $69,550-$90,000 USD per year. We are required to provide a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. It is not typical for an individual to be offered a salary at or near the top of the range for a position. Salary offers are determined based on final candidate qualifications and experience.
