What are the responsibilities and job description for the Operations Coordinator position at Corigin Management LLC?
Mission of the role:
Drive efficiency by scheduling and coordinating the logistics of the operations team and supporting the supervisory team.
Functional Accountabilities:
- Routine Maintenance Staff Scheduling: Schedule day-to-day maintenance and emergency work orders through our Work Order application. Maintain preventative maintenance, painting, and events calendar.
- Multifamily Tenant Onboarding & Move Outs: Coordinate pre and post moveout inspections, repairs, new tenant orientations, and follow-up surveys.
- Contract administration and coordination: Prepare third party contracts and manage correspondence with vendors.
Competencies:
- Contract Management and Administration Assistance: Assists in the administration of contract requirements and managing contractor relationships.
- Administrative Support: Performs and facilitates execution of administrative duties and procedures for the operations team.
- Collaboration: Works cooperatively with others, inside and outside the organization, to accomplish objectives, build and maintain mutually beneficial partnerships, leverage information, and achieve results.
