What are the responsibilities and job description for the Junior Sailing Instructor position at Corinthian Yacht Club?
Join us for a fun summer job on picturesque Marblehead Harbor where you will work with a great team and wonderful club members! We are hiring for experienced and energetic Sailing Instructors to teach sailing lessons to our junior sailors, Monday- Friday from 6/23/25-8/15/25.
Position responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Teaching sailing lessons on the water and in the classroom.
- Setting up and cleaning boats to include Prams, Optimists, and Sonar keelboats.
- Maintenance of sailing equipment used on and off the water.
- Enforce all safety rules to prevent accidents.
- Must be US Sailing Level 1 Certified.
Must be at least 16 years old.
Hourly Pay starting at $18.25 , based on experience.
Staff meals are provided.
A Work Permit is required for candidates under age 18.
