Driver Concierge (Full Time | $25/hr plus tips)
Overview:
Cork and Keg Tours is seeking a responsible and personable driver to transport guests in style and comfort. This role involves operating our fleet, including a customized 2016 Mercedes Sprinter Limo Van, a 2024 Lincoln Navigator, and a 2019 F-150 Lariat. No CDL required. The Driver Concierge is also the heart of the guest experience on the day of the tour. Acting as the group’s chauffeur, tour guide, photographer, and personal attendant, the Driver Concierge ensures that every guest enjoys VIP treatment on our tours.
Responsibilities:
- Safely transport guests for wine and brewery tours, executive transportation, airport transfers, and private events.
- Maintain a clean and well-presented vehicle, including washing cars daily if necessary.
- Assist guests with entry/exit from the vehicle and loading/unloading personal belongings.
- Follow designated routes and schedules while remaining flexible to accommodate guest requests.
- Provide exceptional hospitality and personalized service throughout the tour.
- Ensure guest safety by monitoring alcohol consumption, hydration, and food intake.
- Educate guests about local craft beverages and the history of each destination.
- Support the staff at each destination on the tour, including waiting on the guests where table service is unavailable.
- Act as the group’s personal photographer/videographer and show guests to the most social-media worthy spots.
- Support our marketing efforts by capturing good videos for our social media.
Required Qualifications:
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Passion for local craft beverages and local tourism.
- Ability to work flexible days including weekends.
- Ability to be on your feet for extended periods.
Preferred Qualifications (any are nice, none are required):
- Experience as a chauffeur, Uber/Lyft driver, or luxury transportation provider
- Experience in or passion for hospitality, travel, or tourism
- Experience working for a luxury brand
- Experience in or passion for photography, videography, or social media
- Experience working as a concierge or tour guide
- Passion for local history
- Experience working at restaurants, wineries, or breweries
Salary : $25
