We’re looking for full-time and part-time workers to join Cork & Key as managers and team members. Your role as a member of Cork & Key will be to serve each and every guest with knowledge, guidance, friendliness, honesty, and hospitality. Cork & Key is looking for individuals who have a strong desire to expand their wine, beer, and spirits knowledge.

Responsibilities:
Providing customers with exceptional hospitality throughout their shopping experience
Working together with coworkers to create a friendly Cork & Key community as a team based approach
Provide wine recommendations and help customers choose the best wine, beer, or spirits for their personal taste, gift, or event
Greet, welcome, and offer assistance to all customers
Act as a representative of our brand; help educate and excite others about our Cork & Key values
Store maintenance: floor, coolers, and shelves
Receiving, organizing, and stocking inventory on retail floor and in warehouse
Help with local deliveries and curbside pickup
Assist with in-store events; setup/breakdown & guest experience
Working the P.O.S. system and handling cash payments
Ideal Candidate:
Desire to learn about wine, beer, and spirits, work hard, and develop with our growing company
Good organizational skills and an eye for detail
Great at communicating clearly and effectively (in person, on the phone, and via email) with both customers and other team members
Dedicated to making people happy/exceeds customer expectations with a great attitude while being a fantastic and fun team player
Requirements:
Ability to easily lift and move 50lbs (wine is heavy!)
Must have a valid driver’s license
Must be 18 years or older
Minimum 1 year working in a customer service environment, either in a restaurant or retail capacity
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
