Candidates should want to work in a comfortable, hands-on kitchen with a professional and fun team focused on producing excellent food for guests and customers. The candidate will have the opportunity to work in a team environment leading thought-creation in crafting and implementing a upscale dining concept, developing high-end gourmet market food, overseeing an award-winning cheese and charcuterie program, creating private event menus for wine and private dinner events and develop new food-related items. Successful candidates will have the opportunity to manage staff, manage all kitchen responsibilities and be creative. Ideal candidates will have 6-10 years of professional cooking and kitchen management experience.
