We’re hiring a Marketing, Events & Sales Specialist to support and expand event planning, social media marketing, and business outreach for both our Midtown and Green Hills locations. This is a dynamic opportunity to help grow Corkdorks' presence while building relationships in Nashville’s vibrant hospitality and event scene. To enhance Corkdorks’ presence in the Nashville market, secure new business, and execute high-quality events.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Sales & Business Development
- Actively build relationships with venues, wedding planners, caterers, apartment complexes, office buildings, and corporate clients to generate new business.
- Seek out event planners, private event coordinators, and hospitality partners to position Corkdorks as their preferred liquor supplier.
- Develop and implement strategic outreach efforts to grow bulk orders, corporate gifting, and special event partnerships.
- Event Planning & Marketing
- Assist in planning, promoting, and executing wine, whiskey, and spirits-focused events at both the Midtown and Green Hills locations.
- Work alongside the Events & Marketing Coordinator to ensure seamless execution of in-store tastings, festivals, and special events.
- Manage and grow Corkdorks' social media presence through engaging content, influencer collaborations, and digital marketing campaigns.
- Support branding efforts and promotional activities across multiple store locations.
- Customer Engagement & Sales
- Assist customers with product recommendations, special orders, and beverage pairings.
- Provide outstanding hospitality and sales-driven customer service to both individual and corporate clients.
- Track and analyze sales and marketing efforts to enhance outreach strategies and increase revenue.
WHO YOU ARE
- Sales-driven & business-minded – confident in networking, building relationships, and closing deals.
- Experienced in event planning and/or hospitality sales – ideally with corporate or high-profile clients.
- Social media savvy – able to craft engaging content and manage brand presence.
- Customer-focused – comfortable working with individual shoppers, high-profile clientele, and business partners.
- Organized & detail-oriented – skilled at juggling multiple projects and deadlines.
- Passionate about wine & spirits – knowledge of beverage culture is a big plus!
- Self-motivated & results-driven – able to work independently while thriving in a collaborative environment.
QUALIFICATIONS

- Proven track record in sales and business development is highly desirable.
- Background in hospitality, fine dining, beverage service, or corporate sales is a major advantage.
- Strong communication skills, negotiation ability, and creative thinking.
- Must be comfortable networking, making cold calls, and meeting new clients.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends for events.
