In this role, you'll collaborate with account strategists, creative teams, and communications experts to craft and manage high-level digital media plans that elevate brand visibility and drive engagement. You’ll oversee a portfolio of approximately six clients spanning various industries, ensuring that each campaign aligns with their unique objectives.
Location: Hybrid (Virginia-based employees in-office Mon-Thu, remote on Fridays) | Remote-friendly with 20 floating remote days per year

Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Media Planning: Develop and execute data-driven digital media strategies across paid search, social, programmatic, and other digital channels to meet client goals.
- Audience & Channel Strategy: Conduct research and apply insights to build customized audience targeting and platform-specific strategies across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging channels.
- Campaign Oversight & Optimization: While this role is more planning than buying, you will oversee execution, analyze performance, and recommend optimizations to maximize results.
- Performance Analysis & Reporting: Utilize Google Analytics, ad platform dashboards, and third-party tools to assess campaign effectiveness, extract actionable insights, and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Collaboration & Cross-Team Integration: Work alongside account strategists, content creators, and designers to ensure media plans align seamlessly with broader campaign efforts.
- Budget Management: Oversee media budgets, ensuring effective allocation for maximum ROI and campaign impact across multiple clients.
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years in digital media planning, preferably within an agency environment.
- Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and programmatic buying platforms. Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications are a plus.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data, develop insights, and optimize campaigns for efficiency and impact.
- Communication & Collaboration: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and present insights to clients and stakeholders.
- Agility & Adaptability: Comfortable in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple clients and shifting priorities effectively.
- Hybrid Flexibility: Virginia-based employees work in-office Monday-Thursday, remote on Fridays, plus 20 floating remote days per year for added flexibility.
