Cormack Construction designs and builds high-end custom homes for discerning clients and we are seeking exceptional supers with more than five years experience to join our team.
Our supers are responsible for managing the performance of the work in the field to complete the project safely, on time, and with the level of quality that was specified.
Applicants must have an eye for quality, the ability to communicate well, and be comfortable in a fast‐paced environment. Problem‐solving, attention to detail, and strong organization skills are required. A collaborative attitude, sense of humor, and the ability to adapt to ever‐evolving project scope are preferred.
This is a full-time, year-round, field-based position, and the ideal candidate will want to grow with the company. Pay is commensurate with experience. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Utilize hand and power tools to perform carpentry tasks such as framing, trim work, and construction projects.
- Estimate materials needed for projects and assist with construction planning.
- Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate execution of carpentry projects.
- Drive to and from job sites with a valid driver's license.
- Collaborate with team members on construction site to complete tasks efficiently.
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a secure work environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
