What are the responsibilities and job description for the Apartment Maintenance Technician position at Cormorant Co., Inc.?
The Maintenance Technician responsibilities will include:
- General grounds keeping and housekeeping duties required, as well as snow removal during winter months, when needed
- Timely completion of apartment turns, work orders and special projects
- Ability to hang wallpaper and lay floating vinyl plank flooring a plus
- Completion of minor plumbing and other service requests
- Servicing residents in a friendly, customer service oriented manner, ensuring timely completion of the work order.
The Maintenance Technician should have experience with plumbing, appliance repairs, and apartment turns. Availability for on-call emergencies when necessary. Must have valid driver license and reliable transportation. Background check must be acceptable to employer.
