In this role, you’ll perform high-quality repairs, including dent removal, panel replacement, and frame straightening, ensuring vehicles are safe and road-ready. This position requires strong attention to detail, a commitment to quality workmanship, and the ability to collaborate with a team to complete repairs efficiently.

What You’ll Do:
- Perform bodywork repairs on various vehicle makes and models, including dent removal, panel replacement, and frame straightening.
- Utilize welding, sanding, filling, and refinishing techniques to ensure seamless repairs.
- Disassemble and reassemble vehicles as needed for repair processes.
- Work closely with estimators, painters, and other technicians to ensure efficient and timely completion of repairs.
- Ensure all repairs meet safety standards and quality expectations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area while following shop safety protocols.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Maintain records of repairs and parts used.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experienced auto body technician with at least 2 years of collision repair experience.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for high-quality craftsmanship.
- Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented, with strong time management skills.
- Ability to read and interpret repair estimates.
- Team-oriented mindset with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage repair timelines effectively.
- Safety-conscious, with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- ICAR or ASE certifications are a plus but not required.
