Cornea Associates of Texas is an 8 physician, cornea and refractive surgery sub-specialty ophthalmology practice. We have a committed team that works hard, but also really enjoys being at work!

Here are a few examples of what you will be doing for our Team:

  • Obtaining patient histories, including chief complaint, history of present illness, past history (ocular and general), family history, and history of allergies and medications
  • Performing diagnostic tests including, but not limited to manual refractometry, manual lensometry, tonometry, manual keratometry, pachymetry, Pentacam topography, specular microscopy, IOL Master, A-scans, iDesign
  • Assisting with in office procedures
  • Triaging patient phone calls
  • Scribing

  • Excellent customer service skills and a passion for patient care
  • Positive attitude and strong communication skills
  • Nextgen EMR experience (is a plus), ophthalmic assisting experience
