What are the responsibilities and job description for the Clinical Assistant Professor of Kinesiology position at Cornell College?
The Department of Kinesiology at Cornell College invites applications for a full-time Clinical Assistant Professor of Kinesiology beginning in August of 2025 for a three-year appointment with the possibility of renewal.
Teaching responsibilities may include areas of sport sociology, anatomy and physiology and general health and well-being. The successful candidate will also serve as an academic advisor for Kinesiology majors and serve on a department or college committee.
The Department seeks individuals committed to excellence and innovation in undergraduate education. Applicants must have a terminal degree in Kinesiology or a related field; college-level teaching experience is preferred.
Candidates nearing completion of a terminal degree or highly qualified / experienced Masters-level candidates may be considered for a renewable appointment as Lecturer.
