This full-time position will support the helpdesk in Information Technology. The position will assist with requests received via phone, ticket, and walk-ins. The position will perform essential troubleshooting for a variety of issues with phones, laptops, desktops, printers, and college-owned A/V equipment. May assist with inventory management and other departmental projects.

The rate of pay is $11.50 per hour.

- On-campus summer housing assistance for Cornell students is available. To be eligible for housing assistance, you must work full-time (37.5 hours per week) for at least 13 weeks of the summer within a department on campus. This benefit is taxable and will be taxed on the four paychecks paid in June and July.
