The Department of Academic Administration provides the College support in delivering educational programming and faculty research. The Opportunity

As the first point of contact for faculty inquiries, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and well-organized office environment. Key Responsibilities :
Front Office Coordination
- Coordinate office communication, monitor the faculty support email group address (EGA), and handle inquiries, including time-sensitive faculty requests and routing requests through a ticketing system (TDX).
- Oversee mailroom operations, including sorting and distributing mail, managing deliveries, and maintaining faculty / staff mailboxes.
- Maintain office supplies inventory, shipping needs, and the reconciliation of office expenses.
- Organize and improve office operations, implement efficient procedures, and maintain an organized workspace.
- Provide administrative support with regards to visitor coordination, faculty candidates, and student workers.
- Generate reports to monitor the office budget and handle FedEx invoices.
- Assist in onboarding and training new staff members and collaborate with student workers on tasks like replenishing coffee supplies.
