Guest Service Requirements:
* Provide a friendly and personal demeanor with a willingness to interact with customers.
* Deliver professional and friendly guest services.
* Ensure guests have an exceptional experience at our venues, whether it's an industry night or a weekend event.
* Book and sell nightly commissionable paid VIP tables.
* Verify all VIP table reservations and guestlist check-ins nightly.
* Maintain professionalism in the workplace and with coworkers and patrons.
* Be attentive to all company-related events, upcoming venues, and changes.
* Foster and maintain a friendly atmosphere for customers and staff.
* Assist with other duties as assigned.
* Proficient in using Tixr, Sevenrooms, and Formstack.
* Possess extensive knowledge of all CBM venues and events.
