As a leader in our community and with the business continuing to grow, we are looking to add an outgoing, energetic representative to assist our clients with Respiratory Equipment.
What You Will Do:
Manage all PAP incoming patient calls.
Responsible for managing PAP Patient Voicemail and returning calls or assignments of calls to appropriate personnel.
Take customer orders and key orders into the computer as appropriate.
Coordinates delivery of and instructs clients on the use of PAP equipment and supplies.
Problem solve/ troubleshoot of PAP equipment
May fill in doing CPAP 1-on-1 set ups at times.
What We Are Looking For:
5 years of customer service experience in the CPAP/BiPAP industry preferred.
Understands the Durable Medical Equipment market and home care settings preferred.
Requires decision making skills and ability to solve problems in a positive way.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and phone etiquette skills.
High attention to detail.
Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently.
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm

Compensation: $18-20/hour
