The Position : Sauté & Hot Apps Cook
- Prepare food to The Smith’s specifications
- Responsible for food preparation, cooking, and presentation.
- Set up station for service by chopping, butchering, preparing, and / or stocking station
- Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
- Answer, report, and follow CDC’s or Sous Chef’s instructions
- Clean up station during and at the end of service
- Ensure food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion.

The pay rate for this position is between $21 - $25 per hour.
