Be a maintenance technician on a team of 5 or 6 that manages 20-30 buildings in our 250 building portfolio. Our maintenance technicians focus on maintenance ONLY. We have an internal grounds team, painters, and vendor out snow removal and housekeeping. Come join us!
Compensation Package
- $23.00 - $28.00/hour including Earned Commissions
- Quarterly Bonus Opportunity
- 2 weeks of Paid Time Off to start, earned on an accrual basis

Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintenance Requests/Work Orders
- Make Ready/Unit Turns
- Ordering Materials
- Scheduling Vendors
- On-Call paid at time and a half plus a quarterly bonus
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in apartment maintenance
- Able to lift 50 pounds and be standing, walking, crouching, and kneeling frequently throughout the day
- Valid driver's license
- Own a vehicle and basic tools
- Solid work ethic
- Positive attitude
Working Conditions
- Position is full time Monday-Friday from 8:30am - 5:00pm with a 30-minute lunch.
