Cadillac of South San Francisco is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our luxury brand automotive dealership. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team, developing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. Your primary goal will be to maximize sales revenue and profitability while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and performance evaluations.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans to achieve sales targets and increase market share.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, such as sales volume, gross profit, and customer satisfaction, and take corrective actions as necessary.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to develop and execute effective promotional campaigns and initiatives.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements for sales operations.
- Conduct regular sales meetings and training sessions to keep the sales team motivated, informed, and equipped with the necessary skills.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and recommendations.
- Foster a positive, collaborative work environment that encourages teamwork, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the automotive industry.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.
- Excellent knowledge of automotive sales strategies, techniques, and best practices.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in using CRM, DMS, and other software / sales tools.
- Results-oriented with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Valid sales and driver's license.
