We are looking for an experienced Mortgage Branch Manager, who will bring enthusiasm, attention to detail, and a servant heart to our team of top-tier mortgage professionals. This professional will work in a tight-knit, goal-oriented team where our Customers and Referral Partners can rely on them to ensure an accurate and timely closing process. The Licensed Loan Officer's primary function is the promotion and sale of Company loan products and services to potential customers.
What you'll do :
- Develop relationships with external Loan Originators (Recruitment)
- Strong leadership skills - Manage a team of Loan Originators
- Support Loan Originators with motivation, training, and coaching
- Market, promote, and sell the Company's loan products
- Establish and maintain relationships with referral sources
- Advise potential customers of available products and options
- Take customer loan applications, which includes collecting asset / income information
- Analyze financial information to determine customer's qualification for various loan products
- Negotiate rates and terms
- Define and manage customer loan process expectations
- Monitor and manage work-flow to ensure timely loan closing
- Maintain product knowledge and stay up to date on changes to market conditions
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to residential mortgage lending
