Key Responsibilities:
• Candidate Sourcing: Source candidates to set up interviews on behalf of the recruiting team. Leverage various platforms such as ZoomInfo, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc., to identify and engage potential candidates. Cold call, message, and use any means necessary to attract and secure candidates for open positions.
• Engagement and Outreach: Present Cornerstone to candidates, highlighting the benefits and opportunities available.
• Performance Metrics: Meet the minimum Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) set by the supervisor. Continuously strive to improve sourcing strategies and techniques to achieve better results.
