Cornerstone Church’s Youth Ministry Residency Program is a unique opportunity for aspiring Youth Pastor / Directors to gain practical experience, spiritual formation, and academic accreditation.
This is an apprenticeship-based program that combines hands-on ministry with a full-tuition scholarship to Kairos University.
The Youth Ministry Resident(s) is responsible for assisting in the planning and execution of youth ministry programs and events.
This position will provide support to the Youth Ministry staff, including leading small groups, running events, teaching Bible studies, and mentoring your people.
Essential duties and responsibilities Ministry : Assist in the planning and execution of youth ministry events, retreats, and camps.
Develop and implement creative and engaging youth ministry programs. Administrative : Maintain accurate records of youth ministry activities.
Assist with the development and adherence of youth ministry budgets. Order supplies and equipment for ministry programs.
Communicate with parents and guardians regarding ministry activities. Spiritual Growth : Participate in regular spiritual formation activities, such as Bible studies and prayer meetings.
Pursue personal spiritual growth and development. Model a Christ-like lifestyle to youth. Additional Responsibilities : As with any position at Cornerstone, being employed with a church means that each employee is part of the team that pulls together during crisis times, special events, and when visible projects need to be done.

An ideal candidate has : Passion for youth ministry Acceptable academic standing in order to gain admission to Kairos University Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Commitment to spiritual growth and development Bachelor's degree or pursuing a degree in youth ministry, theology, or related field Must be or become a member of Cornerstone Christian Fellowship who supports the vision and values.
