We’re seeking a highly motivated and reliable Area Manager to help our client oversee cleaning accounts across designated regions. This full-time role offers a flexible 40-hour schedule with opportunities for career advancement.
Key Responsibilities :
- Account Oversight : Support the management of cleaning accounts in a specified region, ensuring high-quality service and client satisfaction.
- Customer Relations : Build and maintain positive relationships with our clients.
- Team Leadership : Lead and manage a team of cleaners, helping with hiring, training, and providing on-the-job support.
- Scheduling and Flexibility : Assist with scheduling team members, and be willing to fill in for cleaning duties as needed.
- New Account Launches : Aid in setting up new accounts, coordinating with clients, and ensuring smooth account starts.
- Monthly Inspections : Conduct monthly site inspections to maintain standards and improve service where needed.
- Adaptability : Thrive in a dynamic environment where weekly schedules may vary.
- Travel Requirements : Use your reliable personal vehicle to travel to and from customer locations across the designated region including Downtown OKC, North OKC, South OKC, Moore, and Norman.
