Position Overview
The Project Coordinator is responsible for supporting project management activities to ensure the efficient execution of roofing, siding, and window projects across commercial and residential sites. This role involves coordinating schedules, communicating with clients and vendors, tracking project progress, and assisting in resolving any logistical or operational issues. The Project Coordinator works closely with the field supervisors, field crews, suppliers, and customers to deliver high-quality work while maintaining project timelines and budgets.
Key Responsibilities
1. Project Coordination & Scheduling
- Assist in planning and scheduling projects, ensuring crews and materials are allocated appropriately.
- Coordinate with project managers to track project progress and adjust schedules as needed.
- Maintain a clear and updated project calendar for all ongoing jobs.
- Communicate project timelines and updates to clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Print and deliver permit packs to various city building departments and job sites if needed
- Prepare, deliver, and pick up permit-related paperwork from various locations
- Establish Networks with Cities, Counties, and Municipalities
- Complete permit applications online and in person based on the construction schedule
- Communicate with clients and field supervisors
- Complete payment transactions with city departments
- Update company CRM
- Deliver paperwork and / or run errands for production
- Support the department with various administrative duties
- Conduct business professionally and ethically as a A&A Roofing Representative
- Obtain vehicle registrations from the DMV as needed
