Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our team. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of assigned construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Uphold Cornerstone's values.
- Ensure great customer and team relations.
- Stay updated on building practices.
- Conduct site visits, and create punch lists to keep projects on track.
- Get client input for decisions.
- Keep sites clean.
- Lead teams effectively, even working alongside them.
- Schedule materials and subcontractors, planning ahead for project needs.
- Manage budgets, get bids approved, and communicate overages.
- Maintain a positive work environment.
- Work alongside the rest of the Cornerstone team to achieve excellence in each of our projects.
Qualifications
- Construction Project Management experience.
- Extensive construction knowledge.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
- Budget and schedule management skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to handle pressure and multiple projects.
- Valid Alabama driver's license.
