What are the responsibilities and job description for the Receptionist / Model Attendant position at CornerStone Custom Builders, Inc.?
CornerStone Custom Builders, Inc. is seeking an office assistant for our Minocqua sales office. Candidate will be responsible for opening and closing the model homes each day, answering phones, keeping up the appearance of the models, greeting and helping model visitors with information, ordering office supplies and provide administrative support duties to the project managers and perform other similar or related duties as necessary.
Position is Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm plus 1 or 2 Saturdays per month. Part time may be an option. Benefits offered are dependent on hours worked. Salary is commensurate with experience.
Position requirements:
- Knowledge of general office practice and procedures.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Basic knowledge of the construction process.
- Valid Driver's License.
- Reliable and dependable.
- Ability to be courteous and tactful with the general public.
- Ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing.
- Ability to apply policies and procedures.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, supervisors, and the general public.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
