The ideal candidate will have a strong background in coordinating field personnel for construction projects, excellent communication skills, and experience with Procore construction management software.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage field personnel for construction projects, ensuring appropriate staffing levels and efficient resource allocation
Collaborate with project managers and the installation group supervisor to identify and address staffing needs and project requirements
Utilize Procore software to manage personnel schedules, assignments, and documentation
Communicate project updates and personnel-related information to the project team and stakeholders
Maintain accurate records of field personnel hours, schedules, and performance
Provide administrative support to the installation group supervisor as needed
Requirements:
Proven experience as a construction field personnel coordinator or similar role
Proficiency with Procore software or similar construction management software
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
Familiarity with construction processes, contracts, and regulations
