Cornerstone Family Healthcare is actively recruiting for a Nurse Practitioner to join our growing Internal Medicine team in Port Jervis.
RATE OF PAY/SALARY: $110,000 - $130,000
WORK LOCATION(S): Port Jervis, NY
STATUS: Full-Time

JOB SUMMARY:
Our community health center is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner to join our outpatient primary care team in Port Jervis, NY. The ideal candidate would have a strong background in primary care. They will work collaboratively with our healthcare team to provide high-quality, patient-centered care to a diverse patient population. Requirements
- NYS licensed Family Nurse Practitioner
- Board Certified/Eligible
- Current DEA
- Current BLS/CPR
- At least 3 years’ experience working in a primary care setting preferred.
Salary : $110,000 - $130,000
