Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our construction service company as a Customer Service Representative/Office Manager. The office is in a great location without walk in traffic. Hours can be flexible to allow compatibility with family/school schedules etc.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information
- Conduct outbound calling to follow up with customers and gather feedback
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using data entry software
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and professionalism at all times
- Collaborate with the sales and production team members to ensure customer satisfaction
Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
- A marketing background is a plus
- Proficient in data entry and computer systems
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think quickly on your feet
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
