Position Overview: Project Manager
The Project Manager at Cornerstone is a dynamic leader who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution.
Partnering closely with the superintendent, the PM orchestrates all facets of project management, ensuring seamless operations, financial stewardship, and risk mitigation.
This role requires a forward-thinking leader who excels in optimizing resources, mentoring teams, and fostering relationships that inspire trust and long-term collaboration.
You will be the driving force behind projects ranging from $30-150 million, tackling challenging environments with confidence and precision.
Your Responsibilities:
- Lead project planning and execution, ensuring alignment with schedules, budgets, and goals.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, design teams, and subcontractors, nurturing strong, trust-based relationships.
- Develop and manage project risk assessments, ensuring proactive solutions.
- Oversee subcontractor and supplier procurement, balancing risk with strategic intent.
- Drive efficient project logistics, phasing, and scheduling using CPM methodologies.
- Mentor and empower Project Engineers, fostering their professional growth.
- Manage cost controls, job cost reporting, and forecasting with precision and integrity.

Your Qualifications:
- Experience: 8 years in commercial construction, with a proven track record managing $30-150 million projects. Experience in public works, GC/CM, PDB, and K-12 construction is a plus.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent.
- Technical Proficiency: Skilled in Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, BIM Models, Procore, and P6.
- Leadership Excellence: Strong mentoring and team-building capabilities.
- Strategic Acumen: Ability to identify and manage risks effectively while driving project success.
