Role Description
This is a full-time Project Manager position located in Tumwater, WA at Sare Electric, Inc. The person will be responsible for project management on various electrical construction projects.
Qualifications
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude and work environment.
- Capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrates leadership managing people.
- Knowledge of project contracts.
- Must be proficient with learning new software packages and project management tools.
- Knowledge of, and experience with, integrated job cost systems to budget, evaluate reports, and project final costing.
- Knowledge of and experience with building critical path schedules for projects
- Ability to negotiate change orders with the customer.
- Excellent communication, leadership, problem solving, and analytical skills
Benefits
- Total compensation for the Electrical Project Manager is between $85,000 and $120,000 depending on experience and maybe more than this range for candidates with exceptional experience and a successful history of performance.

Responsibilities
- Must be a self-starter who is motivated and energized.
- The Project Manager is responsible for making sure electricians have all of the information, tools, and materials needed to efficiently build a project.
- This position requires planning, managing field employees, working with customers/GC’s, and building profitable projects.
- Safety is a high priority; the Project Manager will monitor jobsite safety and take appropriate action to address and correct deficiencies.
- Communicate effectively and proactively to the team, client, subcontractors, and our vendor partners.
- Coordinate project activities with electricians, vendors, and subcontractors in an effective manner.
- Establish and build strong relationships with customers, GC’s, and end users.
- Manage multiple fast-paced projects with multiple clients.
- Be accountable for project results.
- Understand and develop project financial goals, budgets, and schedules.
- Resolve any issues and solve problems throughout project duration.
- Effectively manage project scope by ensuring any changes to scope are documented and approved with change order forms.
- Lead, coach, and motivate project team members on a proactive basis.
- Proficiency with systems, change orders, document control, and project lifecycle tracking.
- Applies familiarity with project cost forecasting.
- Develops and maintains effective client relationships contributing to successful project outcomes.
Salary : $85,000 - $120,000
