Overview
Thomas Architecture Studios (TAS) is an award-winning, full-service, design-driven architectural studio located in a historic building in downtown Olympia. We are seeking experienced, self-motivated applicants for immediate placement on multiple civic and mixed-use/housing projects.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Architecture
- Ability to oversee multiple architectural associates
- Ability to lead multiple projects from concept design through completion, in-line with project timeline and budget
- Strong verbal, written, and graphic presentation skills
- Strong knowledge of construction materials and methods, and building codes
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an open studio environment
- Proficient in Revit, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office Suite
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
