Food & Beverage Supervisor
Job Type : Full-time - Atlanta, GA.
Pay : $20 / HR.
Schedule : Full time, 40 Hours a week, 8 hours shift, 5 days a week.
Need to be able to work Weekends, and you will get two days off.
AM& PM Shift : 8am - 4pm, 3pm - 11pm.
Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our client's dynamic team. In this role, you will oversee daily operations within the food and beverage department, ensuring exceptional service and quality standards are met. Duties
Supervise daily operations of the food and beverage department, ensuring adherence to company standards.
Assist in budgeting and financial planning to optimize profitability.
Manage inventory control processes, including ordering and stock management.
Oversee POS systems to ensure accurate transactions and reporting.
Train, mentor, and evaluate staff performance while fostering a positive work environment.
Ensure compliance with food handling regulations and safety standards.
Coordinate catering services for events, ensuring all client needs are met.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain menu quality and presentation.
Requirements
Proven experience in hospitality management or a similar supervisory role within the food and beverage industry.
Strong knowledge of budgeting practices and financial management.
Proficiency in POS systems and inventory control techniques.
Familiarity with coffee preparation techniques is a plus.
Experience in restaurant operations, catering services, or food handling is highly desirable.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
