Responsibilities
- Greet and assist patients upon arrival, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Schedule appointments and manage the clinic's calendar efficiently using EHR systems and Google Workspace.
- Handle client inquiries and provide information regarding services.
- Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Process medical collections and perform clerical duties, including filing and data entry.
- Utilize Google Sheets for tracking patient information and office tasks.
- Communicate effectively with healthcare providers and staff to ensure seamless operations.
