Your Role:
As the Marketing and Communications Specialist, you’ll be the voice of Cornerstone, ensuring our brand shines across all platforms. Your responsibilities will include:
- Social Media Management: Craft engaging posts, manage content calendars, and drive interaction on platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
- Marketing Collateral Development: Design and manage promotional materials, ensuring alignment with Cornerstone’s brand standards.
- Brand Consistency: Oversee corporate branding to maintain a cohesive and professional image.
- Campaign Management: Create and execute marketing strategies to support individual communities and company-wide initiatives.
- Performance Tracking: Analyze and report on marketing and communication efforts, using data to optimize future strategies.
What We’re Looking For:
- Creative Visionary: You have a passion for storytelling, visual branding, and engaging audiences.
- Organized Communicator: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a knack for project management.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in social media platforms, Canva (or similar design tools), and Microsoft Office. Experience with CRM tools is a plus!
- Team Player: A collaborative spirit who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience: 1-2 years in marketing, communications, or a related field. Experience in senior living or healthcare is a bonus!
